Has Anyone Experienced Intraorbital Masses Likely From DLBCL? Treatment?
My husband was diagnosed in 2019 with DLBCL. Very aggressive chemo with DA EPOCH -R. He has been in remission for almost 5 years. Recent CT scans reveal that he is most likely out of remission. They also show that he has masses in the bony sockets of both his eyes, does not involve the eyeball. This is suggestive of lymphoma as well. We find out more this week and he will need more biopsies again before a treatment plan is set in place.

My subset of DLBCL was T cell rich. Mostly middle aged men have this type. I was a 57yr old woman when I was diagnosed. It's amazing the number of subsets just under DLBCL. Kelly
It is the most common form of lymphoma, comprising more than 25 percent of all lymphomas reported in the US more than thousand cases of DLBCL diagnosed per year.
